Pm3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the pm3 platform. By registering or using any pm3 service, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pm3 platform via the website or any mobile device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use pm3's services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pm3 as the platform operator. They apply to all users regardless of how they access the platform, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other digital interface provided by pm3.

Users who register a new account are considered to have fully accepted these terms. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms also constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of pm3 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. pm3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your account password confidential.
  • Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
  • Notifying pm3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring that all information provided during registration and profile updates is accurate and truthful.

Pm3 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Pm3 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pm3:

  • Using automation, bots, or third-party software to access or exploit pm3's systems.
  • Modifying, copying, distributing, or selling any content or data obtained from the platform without written authorisation.
  • Using another person's account or impersonating another individual.
  • Engaging in any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or normal operation of the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or financing any illegal activity.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, fund freezing, and legal action where necessary. pm3 reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases involving breaches of these terms.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the pm3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). pm3 supports a range of local payment methods, including internet banking and popular e-wallets in Malaysia. Accepted payment methods are subject to change from time to time based on operational requirements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to them. pm3 does not accept payments from third parties. If there is evidence that a payment was made by someone other than the account holder, pm3 reserves the right to suspend or reverse the transaction.

Deposits are typically processed instantly, while withdrawals are subject to an internal review process that may take one to three business days depending on the chosen method. pm3 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

All completed transactions are non-reversible without sufficient justification and are subject to review by pm3. If you notice a suspicious or unrecognised transaction, please contact pm3's support team within 48 hours of the transaction occurring.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Pm3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. pm3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy

Pm3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or for platform security reasons. Funds in a suspended account will be held pending investigation. pm3's decision in such matters is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pm3 platform — including logos, brand names, text, graphics, layouts, and software code — is the exclusive property of pm3 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The pm3 platform may contain references to third-party services. pm3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users access external links at their own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Pm3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.

Continued use of the pm3 platform after any changes are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you are required to stop using the platform and contact pm3's support team to close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels designated by pm3. Users agree to submit to the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
